By understanding the fundamentals of nutrition, you will learn how to fuel your body effectively for the long-term.
Building Muscle
Strength training is a fundamental part of my approach. Consistency, simplicity, and patience are key. My methods are focused on helping you not only build muscle, but understand why it is so vital to the health and look of your body. You personalized programming will be focused on intentionally building muscle through structured programming focused on progressive overload.
Move, Hydrate, Recover
Together, we will build an understanding of the "why" behind daily movement, water intake, and adequate sleep. Your body, like any machine, needs certain treatment and upkeep to function at its best. Together, we will develop goals around moving, hydration, sleep, and any other contributing factors in order to get all arrows pointed north.
