The Backstory

It all starts with knowledge.

Our bodies are incredible machines designed to work for us. At Truth, every component of client programming is based in science. I walk alongside clients to help them develop a strong understanding of each component of their plan. From nutrition goals and strategies, to habit building and strength training, understanding the "why" is a  secret weapon that leads to adherence and sustainability.

Nutrition Guidance

Call it dramatic, but your relationship with food is one of the most intimate relationships you will ever have. What we put into our bodies is deeply personal and requires reflection, self-awareness, compassion, and education. Achieving the physique you are after starts with understanding what fuel your body needs, and how to use food as a powerful tool. I will work with you to set personalized nutrition goals in a way that won't feel overwhelming. By understanding the fundamentals of nutrition, you will learn how to fuel your body effectively for the long-term. This is the ultimate form of self-respect and self-love.

Building Muscle

I'll say it again... I'm obsessed with muscle-building. Muscles are for EVERYONE. The benefits are insane and range from improvement of outward aesthetics and body composition all the way down to improvements in the durability and performance of your literal bones and organs. Strength training is a fundamental part of my approach. Consistency, simplicity, and patience are key. My methods are focused on helping you not only build muscle, but understand why it is so vital to the health and look of your body. Your personalized programming will be focused on intentionally building muscle through structured programming focused on progressive overload. Muscle is medicine. 

Move, Hydrate, Recover

We will be kind to ourselves throughout this process. Running your body into the ground by ignoring important things like sleep, recovery, and hydration are simply not part of my approach. Together, we will build an understanding of the "why" behind daily movement, water intake, and adequate sleep. Your body, like any machine, needs certain treatment and upkeep to function at its best. Together, we will develop goals around moving, hydration, sleep, and any other contributing factors in order to get all arrows pointed north.
